President

An Aiken native, Charlie has been building custom homes since 1999. As a lifelong outdoorsman, he draws inspiration from South Carolina’s landscapes, whether hiking trails or enjoying the coast with his wife and four children. Charlie’s philosophy is simple: every home should feel tailor-made for the people who live in it. He works directly with clients and partners with trusted local vendors and craftsmen to ensure each home reflects its owner’s personality and lifestyle.

Sales Manager

Originally from New England, Lise moved to Aiken in 2018 and quickly embraced the Southern lifestyle. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and horses, kayaking, or hiking. With years of experience in home design, Lise specializes in helping clients understand architectural styles and elements. She is your partner in translating ideas into plans, making the custom design process approachable and enjoyable.
